300 Club Radio Interviews
Dan Schlossberg got his start in college, broadcasting baseball games with Len
Berman on Syracuse University's WAER-FM radio, the station that launched the careers of Bob Costas and Marv Albert.
Most recently, Dan was named Travel Editor of "The
Maggie Linton Show" on XM Satellite Radio Ch. 169 (heard Saturdays at 10 p.m.).
He is also contributing editor of Travel With Kal, heard M-F mornings on Connecticut stations WLIS Old Saybrook
and WMRD
Middleton (500,000 listeners).
By far his biggest broadcast project to date is serving as managing editor and on-air host for
BallTalk, the all-baseball radio show co-hosted by Jay Johnstone and Bob
Ibach. Unlike other sports talk shows, BallTalk is all baseball, all the
time. It goes far beyond the scores and highlights, providing lively,
often outspoken commentary that puts listeners inside the clubhouses and front
offices, up close and personal with the movers and shakers of the baseball
world.
